Follow Friday (9) - Reading Habits

Follow Friday is a weekly meme hosted by Parajunkie  and Alison Can Read. It's a really fun way to get to know other bloggers and pick up a few new followers on the way.





This weeks question is: How has your reading habits changed since you were a teen? or if you are still a teen what new genres are you in love with currently?

This weeks question is super easy! I've been reading the same kind of books since I was thirteen. YA fantasy (paranormal/urban and everything in between) is still my favourite genre although lately I have been getting into much more dystopian and contemporary stuff thanks to the recommendations from all my great blogger friends. I'm loyal like that :)

    I haven't read any dystopians yet, yes I know I'm behind on the trend. I've got Hunger Games waiting on my shelves though.

    It's cool that you're still reading the same stuff. I suppose I am in a way, as I still read what's popular YA now, but I read a wider variety.

Happy Friday!* I've found that I also am getting more into sci-fi/dystopian in the YA genre, but I am not sure if that is because my interests shifted that way or if it's the fact that the YA market seems to be full of these kinds of books ever since The Hunger Games was released :O!!!

    paranormal is definitely what i read mixed with some contemp. im starting to get into the dystopians so well see. happy friday or saturday. ha. your time always confuses me with it being australia. kindles suck for trying to type.
